Camp site Check out: Sun., Oct 25 by 5 pm

​FOR RESERVATIONS - COMPLETE STEPS 1 and 2.​
CAMPERS:  You have until July 1, 2020 to complete your reservation or you forfeit your 2019 site.  Sites then go on a first come, first served basis starting July 15.  

STEP 1.  fill out cAMPER'S aGREEMENT FORM,
​            THEN CLICK "submit". 

All boxes must be selected on this form to verify you have read each section.   
  • You will need your site # from last year, Click HERE for the list.
  • If you are reserving more than one site, please submit separate reservations for each site providing the contact info for whoever is STAYING on each site. 
  • Once you submit the Agreement, proceed to Step 2.​

 NOTE:  The registrant is responsible for anyone camping and/or visiting at this site during HITP weekend.  Be sure they comply with the Camper's Agreement.  If campers/visitors do not comply, you risk losing your site for the next year, and may be asked not to participate in Trick or Treat camping in future HITP events. 

  • PRINT A COPY OF THE CAMPER'S AGREEMENT to bring along with you, as well as copies for any visitors who will be at your site during the event.  Click HERE for a copy.   Please have them read it and comply, especially no moving vehicles during event hours.   Roads are barricaded for the children's safety, but in the case of emergency, an escort can assist you leaving.  See details in Campers Agreement.
  • We ask that you keep a copy of the Camper's Agreement on your dashboard at all times during event weekend.

STEP 2.  PAY FOR YOUR SITE.
             ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Use drop down list for electric or non-electric site.
- ENTER YOUR SITE NO. CLICK HERE FOR 2019 LIST. 
​- PAYMENT:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
  Express, or your PayPal account accepted.
-  If you requested a site change to electric, you will pay
   the difference when site change is confirmed.

- Your payment receipt will be your reservation  
   confirmation, so remember to print or save a copy.
 

- Click Pay Now to make your payment and finalize your
